Terms of Service

In effect since August 3, 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) set out the conditions for using the INFLU service available at tryinflu.com (the “Service”).

The Service is provided by an individual operating the tryinflu.com website (the “Provider”). Payments under these Terms are accepted through the Provider's payment partner, lava.top.

By registering with the Service and/or paying for a plan or a credit pack, the person doing so (the “User”) fully and unconditionally agrees to these Terms without exception.

2. Definitions

  • Service (INFLU) — the software available at tryinflu.com and in the user dashboard, providing tools to analyze a User's writing style and generate text content for social media using artificial intelligence.
  • Dashboard — the part of the Service available to a User after registration and sign-in.
  • Profile — a workspace within the Dashboard storing the analysis of a User's writing style (or of a reference author chosen by the User), imported material and generation history.
  • Credits — internal usage units of the Service used to pay for individual functions (text generation, importing material, account analysis, etc.); Credits are not money, an electronic means of payment or a security, and are not exchangeable for cash except as expressly provided in these Terms.
  • Plan (subscription) — a set of usage terms (Credit allowance, number of Profiles, available features) provided for a recurring fee.

3. Subject of these Terms

The Provider grants the User access to the Service's functionality under these Terms and the Plan chosen by the User, and the User pays for use of the Service as set out in Section 5.

The Service is a drafting tool. The decision to publish, edit, or discard any material generated by the Service is always made by the User, voluntarily and independently. The Provider does not publish or distribute any material on behalf of the User.

4. Accepting these Terms

These Terms become effective between the Provider and the User from the moment the User performs an action evidencing acceptance: creating an account with an explicit confirmation of agreement to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, and/or paying for a Plan or a credit pack.

To use paid functionality, the User must provide a valid email address, used for sign-in, notifications, and service messages related to payment.

5. Fees and payment

Current Plans, the Credit allowance for each Plan, and the price of individual credit packs are published in the Dashboard and/or at tryinflu.com and may be changed by the Provider unilaterally. A price change does not apply to an already-paid, not-yet-expired subscription period.

Payment is made in RUB, USD, or EUR (depending on the Dashboard locale) through the payment partner lava.top, using a bank card or another method supported by lava.top. The Provider does not store or process full card details — these are processed solely by lava.top and its payment partners.

A subscription renews automatically for a new period at the end of the paid one, unless the User cancels it in the Dashboard (“Settings”) before the renewal date. Cancelling a subscription stops further charges; access already paid for remains available until the end of that period.

Credits are deducted as the corresponding Service features are used and expire on schedules that depend on their origin (subscription, bonus, or separately purchased credits) — current schedules are published in the Dashboard.

6. Refunds

Credits already added to a User's balance (as part of a subscription, a purchased pack, or otherwise) are considered delivered and used for their intended purpose from the moment they are added; amounts paid for already-credited Credits or for an expired subscription period are non-refundable.

This rule does not limit the rights of a User who is a consumer under applicable consumer-protection law: if access to a paid Plan was not provided due to the Provider's fault, or the Service has a material defect that prevents its intended use, the User may request a refund proportionate to the service not rendered. Requests are sent to hello@tryinflu.com and are reviewed within the period required by applicable law.

7. User rights and obligations

  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable law, the rules of the social platforms used, and third-party rights (including copyright and rights to name and likeness).
  • Not use the Service to create knowingly false, misleading, hateful, or otherwise unlawful content.
  • Independently verify the factual accuracy and currency of generated material before publishing it, especially when the web-facts feature was disabled.
  • Not share account access with third parties and be responsible for all actions taken under their account.
  • When importing material from social platforms (their own or a chosen reference author's) — use this feature only within the limits permitted by that platform's own rules.

8. Nature of AI-generated content

The Service uses third-party artificial intelligence models. Generated text is a suggestion (a draft), not a verified statement of fact: the Provider does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness, or currency of factual claims in generated material, even with the online-facts feature enabled. Responsibility for the content of a published post rests with the User as its author.

9. Intellectual property

Rights to text material generated by the Service specifically for the User at their request belong to the User from the moment of creation. An exception applies to material created while analyzing the style of a third-party “reference author”: the User's use of such material must comply with Section 7 and must not infringe that author's rights.

Rights to the Service itself — including its source code, design, trademark, and the INFLU name — belong to the Provider and are not transferred to the User beyond the right to use the Service for its intended purpose under these Terms.

10. Personal data processing

The User's personal data is processed under a separate document — the Privacy Policy published at tryinflu.com. Accepting these Terms also constitutes agreement to that Privacy Policy.

11. Liability

The Provider is not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, reputational harm, or other consequences arising from the User's publication of material generated or refined with the Service. The Provider's total liability to the User on any grounds related to using the Service is limited to the amount actually paid by the User for the last paid period of Service use.

The Provider is not liable for Service interruptions caused by third parties (payment systems, hosting providers, social platforms, AI model providers), or for changes those third parties make to their own API or service terms.

12. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for full or partial failure to perform its obligations under this agreement if caused by force-majeure circumstances arising after the agreement was concluded, which the parties could neither foresee nor prevent by reasonable measures.

13. Term and amendment

These Terms are valid indefinitely from the date of publication at tryinflu.com until withdrawn by the Provider. The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms; a new version takes effect upon publication on the website, unless a later date is specified. Continued use of the Service after publication of a new version constitutes the User's agreement to the changes.

14. Questions and disputes

If you have a question, complaint, or concern about the Service or these Terms, contact hello@tryinflu.com first — the Provider aims to resolve any issue directly and in good faith before either party takes further action.
