1. General provisions
This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how personal data of users of tryinflu.com and the INFLU service (the “Service”) is processed.
The personal-data operator is an individual operating the tryinflu.com website (the “Operator”). Contact address for privacy inquiries: hello@tryinflu.com.
By using the Service and/or registering, the data subject confirms they have read this Policy and consents to the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below.
2. Definitions
- “Personal data” — any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified individual (data subject).
- “Processing of personal data” — any action performed with personal data, including collection, storage, use, transfer and deletion.
- “User” — an individual registered with the Service.
3. Personal data processed
The Operator processes the following categories of the User's personal data:
- Registration data — email address, password hash (processed by the authentication infrastructure and never stored in plain text).
- Service profile data — display name in the Dashboard, links to the User's own social-media accounts, niche, and Service usage settings.
- Material uploaded by the User — text, links to posts and videos, and publicly available metrics (views, reactions) that the User imports from their own or a chosen account on social platforms to build a style profile and a “what works” analysis.
- Payment data — the fact and amount of payment, the plan chosen, and the email address used during payment. Full card details are not transmitted to or processed by the Operator — they are processed solely by the payment partner lava.top and its own payment partners.
- Technical data — device/session identifier, IP address, cookie data, and technical logs of Service usage (feature usage logs, credit-spend statistics).
4. Purposes of processing
- registering the User, authentication, and providing access to the Dashboard;
- providing the Service's functionality: style analysis, text generation, importing and analyzing metrics from social platforms;
- processing payment for Plans and credit packs through the payment partner;
- sending technical notifications, replies to inquiries, and service emails;
- ensuring Service security and preventing abuse and fraud;
- improving the Service based on de-identified usage statistics.
5. Legal basis for processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of the data subject's consent, and to perform a contract to which the data subject is a party (the Terms of Service published at tryinflu.com).
6. Retention
Personal data is processed for as long as the User uses the Service and is retained until the User deletes their account or withdraws consent to processing, unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law (for instance, for tax and accounting purposes related to payments).
When an account is deleted, the User's personal data and related content (profile, imported material, generation history) are deleted from the Operator's systems, except for de-identified records and data whose retention is required by law.
7. Disclosure to third parties and cross-border transfer
To operate the Service, the Operator engages the following categories of third-party processors, to whom personal data is disclosed only to the extent necessary for the relevant function:
- a database and authentication infrastructure provider (storing accounts and Service profile data);
- an artificial-intelligence model provider used for style analysis and text generation (data necessary for a request is transmitted for processing without persistent storage beyond what is technically required);
- automated public-data retrieval services used when importing by link or by account;
- an email-delivery service for registration and service emails;
- the payment partner lava.top — for processing payments and related service notifications.
Some of the above parties provide services from servers located in different countries. By registering with the Service, the data subject consents to this cross-border transfer of their personal data to the categories of processors listed above, to the extent necessary for the Service to function. The Operator takes reasonable care in selecting processors that provide an adequate level of data protection.
The Operator does not disclose personal data to third parties for purposes unrelated to operating the Service, except where required by a lawful request from a government authority.
8. Data subject rights
The User may at any time: request information about the processing of their personal data; request correction, blocking, or deletion of personal data that is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or unlawfully obtained; withdraw consent to processing; or request deletion of their account and associated data.
To exercise these rights, send a request to hello@tryinflu.com. Withdrawing consent to processing that is necessary to provide the Service will make further use of the Service impossible and will terminate the account.
9. Security measures
The Operator applies organizational and technical measures to protect personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, and other unlawful actions by third parties: access controls, encrypted data-transfer channels, and storing passwords as hashes.
10. Cookies and similar technologies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies for authentication, saving preferences, and keeping the Dashboard functional. Disabling cookies in the browser may limit the availability of some Service features.
11. Changes to this Policy
The Operator may amend this Policy. A new version takes effect upon publication at tryinflu.com unless stated otherwise. The current version is always available at tryinflu.com/privacy.
